All purchases of photographic prints are final. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges once an order is placed.
Damages or Lost in Transit
I am committed to ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, or if your order is lost during shipping, please contact me immediately at russell@russell-moore.com.
I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund for the damaged or lost items.
