For Business Clients

Insurance & Liability +
I carry a comprehensive $1,000,000 General Liability policy, which covers corporate offices, government properties, private commercial venues, and athletic events. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available on request before your shoot.

The "Digital Twin" Approach +
A photograph is only useful if it works inside your marketing. In our strategy session, we structure the visual content, embed proper SEO metadata in every file, and use GA4 analytics to make sure how you look online matches the reputation you've actually earned.
Community Commitment +
Good photography shouldn't be reserved for big budgets. My studio runs on a "One-for-One" model: every commercial commission directly funds free or "Pay-What-You-Can" sessions for marginalized creators, specifically within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities in Thurston County.

On the Day

What if it rains? +
We live in the PNW — light rain adds atmosphere, and we shoot in it. If it's heavy enough to damage gear or ruin hair and makeup, we reschedule at no extra cost. I make the call 4 hours before your session.
Lighting & Midday Sun +
I don't depend on "golden hour" to do my job. I carry a commercial strobe setup that can overpower midday sun, so if your schedule requires a 12:00 PM shoot, that's what we do — and it will look great.

Usage & Rights

Commercial & Retainer Usage +
I don't hold business clients hostage with ongoing licensing fees. Unless we negotiate something different for a specialized broadcast campaign, all Commercial and Retainer tiers include full, unrestricted commercial usage rights. Once the invoice is paid, the images are yours to use across digital, print, and social — indefinitely.
Personal & Athlete Use +
For athletes and seniors: your gallery includes clearance for self-promotion (Hudl, MaxPreps, Instagram, recruiting profiles). If a brand — say Nike or a supplement company — wants to use your image in an ad, they'll need to arrange a licensing agreement with me first.

Delivery & Files

Turnaround Times +
Game day action: 48–72 hours standard. Rush delivery is available for press and social batches.
Commercial projects: Varies by scope — outlined in your initial brief.
Seniors & portraits: 2 weeks for the proof gallery, 3 weeks for final retouching.
Do I get the RAW files? +
No — and it's worth understanding why. The editing and color grading are half the final product. Asking for RAW files is like asking a chef for the uncooked chicken. You receive the finished, high-resolution images, ready to use.

Payment & Policies

Payment Structure +
A $300 retainer secures your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your session. I accept all major cards, Afterpay, and Klarna. Retainer clients (Biz Ops/Varsity) are billed quarterly or monthly, depending on the contract.
Rescheduling & Cancellations +
Life happens. You can reschedule once with 48 hours notice. Cancellations without rescheduling forfeit the retainer, since that date was held for you.
