Insurance & Liability Specs +
My operation is built for high-stakes corporate and municipal environments. I carry a comprehensive $1,000,000 General Liability policy, ensuring seamless clearance for government properties, private commercial venues, and high-risk athletic events. COI (Certificate of Insurance) is available upon request prior to deployment.

The "Digital Twin" Methodology +
A photograph is useless if it doesn't plug into your sales funnel. The Digital Twin methodology is my process of aligning your digital footprint with your actual real-world reputation. Within "The Dark Room" strategy sessions, we structure the visual data, embed strict SEO metadata, and utilize GA4 telemetry to ensure your brand's digital signal perfectly mirrors its physical authority.
Equitable Access (CSR Model) +
Visual authority should not be a luxury reserved only for massive budgets. My studio operates on a stringent "One-for-One" corporate responsibility model. Every commercial commission directly subsidizes an initiative to provide free or "Pay-What-You-Can" media sessions for marginalized creators, specifically within the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities in Thurston County.

Operational Conditions

What if it rains? +
We live in the PNW. Light rain adds atmosphere and grit ("The Twilight" aesthetic). However, if precipitation is heavy enough to damage gear or ruin hair/makeup, we initiate a Tactical Reschedule at no extra cost. The call is made 4 hours prior to deployment.
Lighting Strategy & Sun +
I do not wait for "Golden Hour" to do my job. I carry a commercial strobe array capable of overpowering the midday sun. If the mission requires a 12:00 PM shoot, we execute. We do not fight the physics of light; we dominate it.

Usage & Rights

Commercial & Retainer Usage +
I do not hold business clients hostage with complex perpetual licensing fees. Unless negotiated otherwise for specialized broadcast campaigns, all Commercial and Retainer tiers include full, unrestricted commercial usage rights. Once the invoice is cleared, the assets are yours to deploy across your digital, print, and social ecosystems indefinitely.
Personal & Athlete Use +
For athletes and seniors: Your gallery includes clearance for self-promotion (Hudl, MaxPreps, Instagram). If a brand (e.g., Nike, a supplement company) wants to use your image for an ad, they must contact "Mission Control" for a licensing agreement.

Logistics & Data

Intel Delivery (Turnaround) +
Game Day Action: 48-72 Hours (Standard). Rush delivery for immediate press/social batches is available.
Commercial Ops: Varies by project scope. Outlined in initial Brief.
Senior/Portraits: 2 Weeks for the Proof Gallery. 3 Weeks for final retouching.
Raw Data Access +
Negative. I do not release RAW files. The editing (Color Grading) is half the art. Asking for RAW files is like asking a chef for the uncooked chicken. You receive the finished, high-fidelity assets.

Fiscal

Payment Structure +
A $300 Retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the operation. We accept all major cards, Afterpay, and Klarna. Retainer structures (Biz Ops/Varsity) are billed quarterly or monthly based on contract.
Rescheduling & Cancellations +
Life happens. You may reschedule once with 48 hours notice. Cancellations made without rescheduling forfeit the retainer to cover the lost calendar date.
