Swantown Inn: Digital Storefront Refresh

Phased architectural documentation to modernize a historic Olympia hospitality brand and drive direct booking conversions.

The Objective

The Swantown Inn’s digital presence was bottlenecked by legacy photography. The property's existing visual assets suffered from outdated styling and execution that failed to reflect the actual premium quality of the inn. To support an upcoming website redesign, ownership needed a complete visual overhaul that would eliminate the trust gap for prospective guests and accurately represent the property's value.

The Solution

We initiated a phased architectural documentation strategy. Recognizing that environmental conditions dictate asset quality, we split the production timeline. We systematically documented the interior suites and common spaces during the rainy season, utilizing controlled lighting. We then scheduled a secondary exterior production months later to capture the architecture and grounds during peak spring bloom under clear skies.

The Outcome

Nathan and Casey successfully launched their completely redesigned website anchored by modernized, high-contrast visual assets. The updated digital storefront now accurately mirrors the in-person hospitality experience, providing the visual proof necessary to drive higher room booking conversions.
