COMMERCIAL MODEL RELEASE & USAGE AGREEMENT I hereby grant Russell Moore Photography the absolute, irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use, re-use, display, distribute, and publish photographic portraits or pictures of me, or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations, for commercial, promotional, portfolio, or any other lawful purposes.

I understand that I am receiving full commercial usage rights to the delivered assets for my own professional use, but I do not own the copyright to the original images. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the specific use to which it may be applied.
