Guiding the Sehome girls to their 5th consecutive State Title and a dominant win at NXR Northwest, Ryan has proven once again that his method works. He has cultivated an environment where the pressure of Nationals isn't a burden, but a shared privilege.
Defining the Season
The 2025 season presented a unique challenge: taking a team with a target on its back and keeping them hungry. Ryan navigated the season perfectly, managing race loads and peaking the squad at the exact right moment to secure their ticket to Portland.
