Thurston County XC Shines at the John Payne Invitational
The HOKA John Payne XC Invitational, hosted by Curtis High School, is one of the most electric cross-country meets of the season. I was fortunate to be there wearing two hats: officially covering the event for the organizers with WestcoastXC, while also writing the story of our incredible local teams for ThurstonTalk. Juggling both was a challenge, but it was so much fun spending the day taking photos and talking with the athletes.
